About the Coop
With 20 years of experience in restaurant and retail businesses in the Twin Cities and Sioux Falls, Patrick looks forward to leading a community-based business that strives to provide shoppers high quality food in sustainable and cost-efficient ways. Most recently, he was the general manager at the M.B. Haskett Delicatessen in downtown Sioux Falls. He also has been the general manager of The Phillips Avenue Diner and the bistro manager at Pomegranate Market.
Much of Mark's time is spent building relationships with the suppliers - from the local cheese maker to our national wholesaler - to ensure that the Co-op carries the right products at the right price. As the Co-op Promotions Liaison to the NCG, Mark oversees our popular Co-op Deals and Co-op Basics.
Rachel has been with The Co-op for some time, and we are excited to have her talents to help us shape our expanded Produce Department and coordinate all of the local growers. She has a big job and is busy getting the local producers organized for a busy summer produce season.

Shane’s personable style works well with the store kitchen opening onto the sales floor. He not only cooks, he enjoys the feedback and rapport with his hungry fans. He and his first assistant, Tommy, enjoy experimenting with the many ingredients available from the Co-op.
Annie's interest in natural foods began in 1976 while living in Minneapolis, the mecca of food co-ops. For a short time she owned and managed her own vegetarian restaurant. In 1980, Annie began working at our Co-op and has been here ever since, wearing many different hats along the way! Currently, Annie is the Membership Coordinator, which provides an opportunity to serve our members and non-members alike!
Sam comes to us with a Graphic Design degree from South Dakota State University and has worked for Keloland Television, M.B. Haskett, and has also worked as an Assistant Editor for the Whitewall Sessions. Sam will be involved in all aspects of marketing, promotions, public relations, and social media management for The Co-op.
Dan maintains the computers and Point of Sale system. His stretch as a budget analyst for a non-profit and his love of numbers and organization helps keep important data available to management staff in an increasingly competitive environment.
